The visible screen size of our televisions is shown in centimetres. The size shown in inches refers to the actual size of the glass tube, part of which is behind the cabinet and is not visible. Products subject to availability, alternative models may be offered.
Minimum rental period is 18 months for all products. (Prices may be varied thereafter.) One months rental in advance. Available to persons aged 18 and over. Subject to status. Written quotations on request. Weekly payment by cash only includes an additional administration charge. Monthly payment to be made by direct debit. Additional charges will be levied for other payment methods. A one-off administration charge of £20 will apply to customers not holding an account. Product may have been previously rented. Brand new products and LCD TV's are only available to existing customers who have held a contract for a minimum of 18 months with regular monthly Direct Debit payments.

In considering your application we will undertake an ID Verification search using records held at the Credit Reference Agencies. The Credit Reference Agency from whom we obtain information about you is Equifax PLC. They can be contacted at Credit File Advice Centre, PO Box 1140, Bradford BD1 5US.
The details you supply will be stored and used by boxclever to administer your account and insurance cover. Your details will not be kept for longer than necessary. You have a right to receive a copy of the information we hold about you if you apply to us in writing. A fee, currently £10, will be payable.
boxclever may contact you with details of other products. Information held for our customer administration may also be processed on behalf of and passed to third parties for their marketing and selling purposes. We may also pass your details on to associate companies within the boxclever Group for the purpose of entering into an agreement with them.
You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you or giving your details to others for these purposes. If you wish us to stop, please contact us in writing.
Our aim is to get it right, first time, every time. If we make a mistake we will try to put it right promptly.
We will always confirm to you the receipt of your complaint within five working days and do our best to resolve the problem within four weeks.If we cannot we will let you know when an answer may be expected.
If we have not resolved the situation within eight weeks we will provide you with information about the Financial Ombudsman Service.
